Delivery Areas
Most of our buildings are available for free delivery within mainland England and Wales. However for particularly remote or difficult-to-reach addresses, a delivery surcharge may apply - these are calculated individually based on the location.
Delivery outside mainland England and Wales, including Scotland, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands, is available for some of our collections, but please note that a delivery surcharge will likely apply.
While most of our garden buildings are available across the UK, a small number of manufacturers are local companies that only deliver within a limited radius of their site and may not cover all areas. To find out which buildings can be delivered to your area, please refer to detailed delivery zone maps featured in our manufacturer-specific delivery guides.
Lead Times
Our delivery timeframes can vary considerably depending on the manufacturer, the type of building, the time of year, and where you’re based. Because of this, we provide rough lead time estimates in our manufacturer-specific delivery guides to help you plan ahead - but please treat these as a general guide rather than a fixed promise.
We always recommend getting in touch with us before placing your order if you’d like the most up-to-date delivery timeframe for a specific building and location. Our team is always happy to check with our suppliers and give you the clearest picture possible.
Delivery Process
Most of our garden buildings are delivered flat-packed on large pallets by lorry, with delivery usually taking place at the kerbside. This means the building will be dropped off at the nearest suitable point on your property and cannot be carried through a house or garden.
You’ll typically be contacted by the manufacturer or an independent courier about 1–2 weeks before delivery to confirm the date. While an estimated time of arrival may be given, please note that delays can occur due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, and we cannot accept responsibility for these.
Installation Services
Some of our ranges include free installation as standard. In these cases, delivery and assembly happen on the same day, and the fitting team will move the building from the drop-off point to its final position and complete the build for you. If installation is not included as standard with your order, this is something we can arrange for you if required.
Access Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible. This includes ensuring there are no height, width, or parking restrictions that could prevent successful delivery. If our drivers cannot safely access the site, they may have to leave the product at the nearest accessible point.
Missed Deliveries or Changes
If you need to reschedule your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. Missed deliveries where sufficient notice has not been given may be subject to redelivery charges. Please see our manufacturer-specific delivery guides to view the full terms & conditions applicable to your order.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your building on delivery and note any damage or missing parts. If you notice any issues after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this promptly.
