Delivery Zones

Delivery Zones

Zone 1:

Availability - Delivery is available to all postcodes in mainland England and Wales.

Costs - Delivery is free to all addresses in Zone 1.

Zone 2:

Availability - Delivery is available to postcodes in Zone 2.

Costs - Delivery charges apply in Zone 2, typically ranging between £75 - £375. A full quote will be provided once your configuration has been designed.

Zone 3:

Availability - Delivery may be available upon request. Please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Costs - Delivery charges in Zone 3 vary depending on the location and the size of the building selected. A quote will be provided once we confirm that delivery is possible.

Installation

Installation is not included as standard with Lugarde orders, however all buildings are supplied with the necessary fixing materials, along with detailed instructions to help make the assembly process as simple as possible.

Lead Times

Lugarde lead times vary across the year, but typically range from around 6-10 weeks. Please note this is a general guide for planning purposes only, for case-specific delivery timeframe estimates, please contact us.

Access Requirements

Lugarde deliveries take place at the roadside using a large articulated lorry with a truck-mounted forklift. For delivery to be successful, the following access requirements must be met:

  • A suitable unloading area must be available, accessed via a road at least 3 metres wide, with enough space for the lorry to turn around.

  • The ideal unloading area is directly outside the property. However, the forklift allows for delivery from an unloading area up to 200 metres away, provided there is a clear and accessible route to the final destination.

  • Due to the risk of damage, the final delivery location is at the roadside and cannot be within the premises (e.g., inside a garage, in a back garden, or through a gate). In exceptional cases, and only with customer approval (including acceptance of all risks and any consequential damage), we may be able to deviate from this.

  • Deliveries generally take place Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 20:00. The forwarding agent will contact you by telephone to confirm the delivery day and provide an approximate time slot. Please be aware that due to traffic conditions it is not possible to guarantee exact timings.
