Installation
Installation is not included as standard with Biohort orders, however all buildings are supplied with detailed instructions, and Biohort has produced some excellent step-by-step video guides to help make the assembly process as simple as possible.
If you would like to have your building assembled professionally, we work with a range of experienced fitting teams across the UK - please contact us and we can provide a quote for installation.
Lead Times
Biohort lead times vary across the year, but typically range from around 4-6 weeks. Please note this is a general guide for planning purposes only, for case-specific delivery timeframe estimates, please contact us.
Access Requirements
Biohort uses one of two delivery methods depending on the product(s) ordered:
Standard Parcel Service - LeisureTime Box 100/130, Parcel Box, Small Accessories.
Dedicated Courier Service - All other orders.
The courier service provides kerbside deliveries from large articulated lorries; the following conditions must be met in order for the delivery to be successful:
- Minimum access road width: 3 metres
- Vertical clearance: 4 metres
- Road accessible for 38-tonne lorry
- Suitable turning facility available
Courier delivery is strictly 'kerbside', meaning that the customer is responsible for moving the goods to the desired end location. There must be adequate room for the goods to be delivered to.
The courier will be in contact directly once the goods have arrived at the delivery warehouse. You will then receive a telephone notification from the courier approximately 2-3 days prior to delivery to confirm the exact date.
