Installation
Furniture Orders: A 'white glove' assembly service is included for free with all furniture orders. A specialist team will unpack and set up your furniture in any location required.
Sheds & Storage Boxes: Assembly is not included as standard, however easy-to-follow assembly guides and video tutorials are provided.
If you would prefer to have your order installed professionally, Hex Living also offers a reliable and convenient assembly service from just £299. The service includes:
- Delivery of your product
- Two-person assembly in your chosen location
- Demonstration of your product by an expert team
Simply select the assembly service option before adding your finished design to the basket.
Pergolas: Without experience, the installation of a metal pergola can be a little trickier to get right. We therefore strongly recommend adding the assembly service option to your order to ensure it will be fully secured and long-lasting.
Lead Times
Hex Living lead times vary across the year, but typically range from around 2-3 weeks. Please note this is a general guide for planning purposes only, for case-specific delivery timeframe estimates, please contact us.
Access Requirements
For all Hex Living orders, suitable road access must be available for a vehicle up to the size of a small 7.5t lorry.
White Glove Delivery Service - Parasols, Fire Pits, Furniture Sets, Individual Furniture Items.
- The white glove furniture delivery service includes assembly on-site, at any location required.
Kerbside Delivery - Sheds & Storage, Pergolas, Planters.
- The kerbside service includes delivery to the front of the property, to the closest accessible point. The drivers are unable to transport items into the customer's home or back garden.
- All kerbside delivery orders come flat-packed ready for assembly. If the assembly service is selected, it will take place alongside the delivery.
