Our most popular and best-selling elite garden room. The Dalbury garden room is stylish and contemporary to suit any garden; featuring full pane windows and doors allowing plenty of light to flow in. The Dalbury comes standard with a long-lasting EPDM rubber roof. In addition, the Dalbury also conforms to suit most height planning regulations; however, we strongly advise you to check with your local authority. Available in sizes 8' - 24' in 2' increments.

Delivery, Installation & Access
Delivery Areas
- England & Wales: Free delivery is available to most addresses, small surcharges may apply for remote or inner-city locations.
- Scotland & NI: Delivery may be available upon request - quotes are provided based on building size and location.
Installation
- All UK Garden Buildings orders include free fitting by an experienced in‑house team.
Access Requirements
- Adequate parking (plus permits if needed) for delivery vehicles.
- Clear access to the height of 8 feet from parking location.
- Access to power is required. If unavailable, a generator hire charge will apply.
- Painted & Cedar Buildings: Gap of at least 1 foot (0.3m) required around entire building circumference.
- Composite & Fluted Composite Buildings: Gap of at least 2 feet (0.6m) required around entire building circumference.

Order Process
Our UK Garden Buildings range is highly customisable, and because of the many options available, we don’t offer direct online ordering. Instead, we take a more personal approach to ensure everything is just right before your order is placed.
Here’s how it works:
1. Begin by following the steps outlined in our Design Process tab above. This will help you explore all the customisation options and guide you through designing the perfect garden building for your space and needs.
2. When you're happy with your choices, click the Request a Quote button below. Let us know your requirements and include any specific questions or details. We’ll review everything and get back to you via email within a couple of days.
3. Once we've gone through the details with you, answered any questions, and confirmed everything is ready, you can place your order by paying a 15% deposit. This can be done:
- Over the phone (card payment)
- By bank transfer
- In person at our showsite
