Delivery Policy

Our shipping policies are subject to the terms and conditions of our individual manufacturers.

Due to the nature of our products, delivery lead times are provided during the enquiry and purchase stages. 

We offer free delivery to most of England for our garden buildings, however some locations such as Cornwall, Devon, Wales and Scotland may require additonal charges, please get in touch for further details. 

Please see below for a basic overview of the access requirements needed for each of our manufacturers.

UK Garden Buildings:

Access required: Clear access to the height of 8' is available from where the delivery vehicle is parked to location of the installation (base). Under no circumstances will components be carried over garage roofs, fences, hedges, walls etc.

Lugarde:

Access required: The Customer must ensure that the destination where the goods are to be delivered can be reached without obstacles. If, however, there is an obstacle which prevents delivery, the goods will be delivered up to the obstacle.

Biohort

Access required: The customer must ensure that the order address has a suitable access road with a minimum width of 3 m and that the ground is passable for a 38 t truck. In addition, a turning facility must be available. Biohort accepts no liability for any damage arising through an inappropriate access route.

Telluria

Access required: In case of delivery, one unloading hour will be allowed, calculated from the arrival and during the normal working hours. Additional unloading hours or unloading outside normal working hours will be charged to the customer. The customer must ensure that the unloading place is properly accessible. 

Woodpro

Access required: The Customer must ensure that the destination where the goods must be delivered can be reached without obstacles. If there however is an instance of an obstacle, then the goods will be delivered up to the obstacle.

Woodcraft Sheds and Summerhouses

Access required: It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the office prior to delivery if they have any concerns regarding access to their property. The customer must make sure there is adequate and clear access to the property. Prior to delivery please make sure a level solid base is ready for our delivery team to install your garden structure on.

MiPod Solutions

Access required: Our pods are delivered on a standard caravan transporter and rolled off into position. Preferably we let the client arrange their own transport – however we can recommend some excellent haulage firms if required.
