Returns Policy

Returns Policy

All our garden rooms are bespoke and made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on our buildings.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order throughout delivery and installation and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Notice of such defects must be made within 14 days of your building installation being completed. 

We may request photographs of any reported problems so that we are able to determine a cause prior to the rectification of the issue. Any defects that are the fault of our manufacturers or fitting teams will be resolved with suitable options which may include repairs, replacement, or partial refund.
